Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your electric bike you have 7 days to inspect it for damage or defects in build. In the case that damage or defects are found, you have the right to a refund or replacement so far as the bike has not been used.

In the case that you choose to return the scooter for reasons other than damage or defects, you have within 7 days to call us for a Return Form. After returning this form to us, we will give you instructions on how to return the electric bike. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

The bike must be returned in the condition it was delvered in, you are liable for any damage costs atributed to the electric bike obtained whilst in your possession. After the manufacturer has received your return in like-new condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item less the outbound freight charge.

Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase and/or delivery which ever is the longer. If you cancel the order you will have your payment returned, if your order is cancelled after it has already shipped you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
